What are your working hours?
Counsellors are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can email at any time and we will respond during working hours.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. Enquiries and treatment records are confidential and are not shared with employers, relatives or anyone else without consent.
Can I visit a centre without calling first?
Please call ahead. Programme availability and visiting arrangements differ between centres, and a call first means we can make sure someone is there to meet you.
